In the interest of customer satisfaction I will abstain from answering software questions until I have gained more knowledge of the subject, I was wrong on the format issue, but I thought I was right based on what HP told me once about a lost data issue, it says right on there site that once u format a drive all stored info will be lost, and that is almost a quote.
