2000 Isuzu Rodeo alarm goes off every morning at sunup

Every morning at sunup i am woken up by my car alarm going off, usually i hit unlock and that is it, today it went off about 15 times within 15 minutes. can anyone help, it has done this in other parts of town too.

Open hood......find hood switch....put a piece of double sided tape on hood so it presses harder on switch

Go to any parts store and buy one to program it is easy Hold the button down and turn the key on & off Three time it should be set by then. to check hit the lock unlock while sitting in you car.

If you have a valet feature on the alarm, turn it on and that should stop the alarm from sounding. Your best bet is to get a replacement remote and use it to disable the alarm correctly.

THATS WHY THEFT SECURTY ALARM GOING OFF THEFT SECURITY SYSTEM NOT WORKING FUSE IS MISSING.MORE LIKELY THE GUY SOLD YOU THE CAR BECAUSE OF FAULT IN THE THEFT SECURITY SYSTEM, GOING COST TO FIX.

Isuzu rodeo 2000, LS, anti-theft alarm needs to be reset

This has to do with the Auto's Computer system and should ONLY be done by a Factory Rep who knows what he/she are doing. not a home mechanic chore!!

My alarm goes off randomly

Many alarms have a mercury tilt switch for motion detection, and if it is set too sensitively, a good gust of wind can set it off.
You need to adjust its sensitivity setting.

How do I disarm the alarm on my isuzu rodeo 1993?

Use the key and unlock it from the passenger side. That will disarm the alarm then using the key unlock the driver door and start the vehicle.

You don't say how many miles or give a service history, but, that said I would check the timing belt and tensioner. When tensioner goes bad is often is reported as a loud knock or tick. Usually most evident at low RPMs. Another low cost try is to use a can of seafoam in the oil now, run it a few miles, then change it for a high detergent, low viscousity oil and drive it a while to see if the lifters clean up. engine tick is very common, generally due to lifters oil passages getting sludged up a little for 2nd gen 3.2l's

There is a separate computer box for the car alarm, try disconnecting the wiring harness that goes to it.
