SOURCE: 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee squeaking and power steering

The squeaking is definately from the belts.
Have you tried adjusting them ?
Since now the power steering has failed it could be due to the power steering pump bearings, may be tight to rotate and thus the squeaking noise, or you may just need to replace the belts.
WD-40 wouldnt work permanently..try using STP belt dresser.
Hope this helps!

SOURCE: squeaking mouse noise from the passenger front tire area.

If I had to make a guess, I'll bet the noise is the wear indicators on your front brake pads just beginning to touch the rotors. If you remove the wheel, you should see a small metal tab on the rear of the pad. If it is very close to the rotor, replace the front pads. I've seen lots of people just bend the tab back to stop the noise, but if you do that it's almost guaranteed that you will forget 'till the rotors are all scored up. So, do it now!!

I've got a 1997 ford f350 v8 460 please dont edit my question again fixya

Clutch squeal is commonly caused by the Throw Out bearing or the clutch release mechanism. When the clutch was replaced was the throwout bearing changed as well?
Some (but not all) clutch release setups need to be adjusted back to allow for the new thickness of the clutch plate. This will either be on a 'self adjuster' on the pedal, a slack adjuster on a cable operated clutch or possibly a need to 'bleed' a hydraulic system.
If adjusting doesn't solve the problem it is possibly an issue with an actual clutch part.

When pressing in the clutch and releasing it there is a squeaking/whining noise that is being made. it shifts fine and i am not dropping out of gear, but I am worried about the noise. do you have any ideas...

start by spraying some WD-40 on the hinges of the clutch pedal. this will eliminate if the squeak is coming from the pedal and not the clutch. now assuming that it does not eliminate the squeak then here's the next thing.the throw-out bearing is beat. you can replace that on its own but if you are going to go through the trouble of replacing the bearing you might as well do the clutch too....

Take the belt off check the clutch fan and spin all the pullies insure they spin freely and do not wobble if any do replace them if all checks out ok put a new belt on. make sure the belt tension is not to tight should have about 3/4 inch play.

Inside hood latch broke, so how do i get under the hood of my 1995 chevy blazer

I would assume that the plastic handle broke from the cable? If so, try grabbing on the end of the cable with a pair of locking pliers. Latch onto the cable and hold the casing, then pull really hard. It should pop the hood. After you get the hood open, replace that cable, or if possible, leave the vice grips on it until you can get it to a shop to get it replaced.
