did anyone figure this out. I also have a 1995 Jeep Grand with the blower still blowing after the car is shut off. and removing the fuse for the heater doesn't seem to stop it from blowing.did anyone figure this out. 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee, Heater blower will not shut off. Shut off the engine and remove the key and the blower remains running. Removing the heater fuse will shut down the heater blower. But, the jeep engine can not be started with this fuse removed. ( is there a relay that could be sticking. ?) 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee, Heater blower will not shut off. do you mean the HVAC blower and not the engine cooling fan? then you probably have a bad (shorted) power control module for the blower motor.do you mean the HVAC blower and not the engine cooling fan? then you probably have a bad (shorted) power control module for the blower motor.

The reason you have to crank it twice might be related to the fuel you are using. It is best to fill up the tank with gasoline containing aditive, such as Techron.
It might be beneficial to you to go to a scrapyard and take a look at one that hasn't been chopped up! You may even want to buy whatever has been removed while you are there!

Check on Ebay for Jeep Grand Cherokee Harness Kit. The plug on your harness may be melted like mine was. I bought this kit, followed the instructions in his ad and it worked great. All I had to do was cut off my old plug and solder this one on. Even the wire colors matched so there was no guessing.
