The window fell down inside the door. we can't figure out how to get the inside panel off or how to get the window back on track. any ideas? thanks

This is a common problem with Chrysler vehicles.
The cable on the regulator has broken allowing the window to slide downward, unfortunately the only repair is replacement of the Regulator/Motor Assembly which must be bought at the dealership.

To remove the door panel, you must remove all the screws and remove the handle that opens the door, next grab the panel and pull upward if doesn't move upward you will need to pull it toward you away from the door, pull very hard the clips holding it are very tight, sometimes you will need to install a screw driver at the bottom of the panel, put it between the panel and the door and pry toward you. They will make a pooping sound that sounds like you breaking the door but its OK, pull it hard, then lift upward and toward you. That's It!
