Only when its climbing a hill or if I floor it the engine cuts out like there is no fuel going to the engine, I've changed both fuel filters, the throttle positioning sensor, and the oxygen sensor

Fuel filter or catalytic converters. If the engine cuts out or has no power. Could be the compression for the pistons. I would check compression first. You could have transmission problems also. 1 Compression good, 2 change the fuel filter, they never get changed. 3 Pull the pre O2 sensor/s. Still no change, Look at the transmission. Have the codes read first.
First check for any codes, then test vacuum with a good vac guage. When reving engine the vacuum should drop and then climb back up. Check for vacume leaks by spraying carb cleaner at any vacume hoses and intake areas but not at air filter.
then also check compression as well as look at spark plugs to see that they are all tan and no differences in any one. Go to YouTube and search for how to test engine with a vacuum gauge.
Most any problem with an engine can be diagnosed with a vacuums gauge but do use a second test method as you have learned replacing parts hoping to fix a problem is costly.
Usually a clogged fuel filter will prevent the engine from revving over a certain RPM, say 1500 or 2000. A weak fuel pump or pump relay could cause it to stop running and then restart.
But the fuel system would not affect engine compression.
A transmission issue would give vibration tremendously during uphill. If you're not getting the vibration, or burning smell of transmission fluid, suspect clogged catalytic converters.
Hi, Check and/or replace fuel filter and air filter. If you starve the engine with air and fuel your car will behave like that too. Also fuel mileage will increase to your benefit. Check your tire pressure too. Good luck.
If it cuts out while climbing it's most likely a fuel filter or a fuel pump that is no longer able to supply enough fuel while you're climbing, which is when you use the most fuel.
Have you changed your fuel filter lately? I had a vehicle once whose fuel tank that had a rusty seam. Every 10,000 miles or so, the rust flakes would clog the fuel filter, and the engine would sputter and stall when the vehicle was climbing uphill. If you idled for a bit, you could drive on for a ways, until the same thing happened.
A nearly dead fuel pump could cause the same problem, I suppose.
This is either a clogged fuel filter or defective engine wiring harness.
