Hey assuming that it is a 1hz diesel 99% of the time it is your oil cooler that has corroded through its quite a common problem toyota will charge about $1200 for the repairs and labour unless your game to give it a crack yourself its quite easy its just getting the injector pump off that sucks!!!
Oil in the radiator it can be two reasons first it can be cylinder head gasket, or oil cooler is damaged.
Either you have engine oil in the radiator from a head gasket blowing or you have an automatic transmission fluid leak in the radiator.
