Stalls out when I stop

Hi my name is mike ! on your mustang I would check for a vacuum leak ,that would be possibly from a hose with a hole in it or the hose fell off or broke ,also it could be from your idle speed control solenoid ,if look on the throttle body it is the other device that may have a two wire connector to it ,it will be right by the tps you replaced, it has a maybe 2-3 inch silver cylinder built into it try tapping on it with the handle of a screw driver ,dont hit it too hard ,but it may be stuck ,it may calm the idle down ,the solenoid could be stuck open ,on fords that is a common problem ,they end up at a high idle and most of the time ,if you dont have a large vacuum leak somewhere then I would replace the idle speed control solenoid ,Hp\ope this helps !

check idle speed sensor on your intake manifold around 700 to 750 rpm is normal ,air temp may efect idle speed .

The ignition timing is off.
The ECM (Elctronic Control Module) is responsible for that.
Take the Liberty to AutoZone to have them scan the PCM code (free) and ask for an explanation print-out (also free). You might want them to clear the error code afterwards, too (yes, free).
Let us know what the codes are and a summary of the print-out.

Do you have the idle speed turned up to keep it from dying? Because it is high. Check engine light on? Have you checked for vacuum leaks at the gasket under the throttle body? How does the car run under acceleration? You might have a worn distributor shaft.
