The rear brake light was not working. I replaced the whole housing and now the turn signal is not working. The turn signal in the front does work but it turns on and off very rapidly.

Yes you do. You have to take the whole assembly off the truck to fix the problem. I tried wesbingham3's way and it was a dead-end. I then had to call a Dodge dealer and they told me that you had to take the whole assembly off the truck which turns out easier than it seems. All you have to do is remove the two bolts that are by the radiator and pull the assembly straight off the truck. It helps when pulling it off if you already have the headlight out of the assembly (which can be removed from atop of the assembly). Once you get the assembly off the truck then all you have to do is change the bulb and replace the assembly. Once I figured it out it only took me 5 minutes.

Check your ground circuit in the rear of your truck, the taillight's do not have a proper ground.

The ABS light is most likely a bad Wheel Speed Sensor.
The Blower is most likely a Blower Resistor that rusted away. You should have a couple of blower speeds left.
The directional issues are the third problem
Work on one thing at a time.
