Rough running, hesitation, and/or jerking when accelerating
In some cases, there may be performance problems, such as dying at stop signs or rough idling, hesitation, misfires or lack of power (especially during acceleration), and a decrease in fuel economy
Common Problems That Trigger theP0300
Worn out spark plugs, ignition wires, coil(s), distributor cap and rotor (when applicable)
Incorrect ignition timing
Vacuum leak(s)
Low or weak fuel pressure
Improperly functioning EGR system
Defective Mass Air Flow Sensor
Defective Crankshaft and/or Camshaft Sensor
Defective Throttle Position Sensor
Mechanical engine problems (i.e.-low compression, leaking head gasket(s), or valve problems
p0300 is Multiple misfire on all cylinders , this could be a spark, running lean due to low fuel pressure or air leak or mechanical issue.
First of all check for any air leaks on motor. P0301 is missfire on Cylinder 1 hence the 1 on the end of 301 , 302 is cylinder 2 and so on. Cheers
Is the rattling sound coming from the exhaust? I'm wondering if perhaps you have a loose catalytic converter. P0300 (multiple cylinder misfires) and P0306 (cylinder #6 misfire detected) are probably the cause as to why the car is sluggish, shakes, runs rough and lacks power. Make sure to take a close look at your ignition system (spark plugs, ignition wires, coils...). A spray bottle filled with soapy water can help you find voltage leaks on the wires and coils. Just spray the wires and coils and look for arcing. Replace any component that arcs. Other causes can be fuel injectors, vacuum leaks...).
That's Random or multiple missfire code. Have you checked for proper fuel pressure? Improper fuel pressure will trigger this code if it's too low, thus causing a lean mixture in multiple cylinders.
p0300 should be multiple missfire. check for compression these engines tend to bend valves very easily if ran on old gas or a batch of bad gas. causing it to missfire in more than one cylinder. they also crack heads between valves if overheated.
