When the fuse is in the battery drains in about 4 hours also the check engine light will not work at all and after removing the key from the ignition the battery light and the PRND12 light stay lit and they never turn off. Once I remove the fuse everything seems to be working properly and my battery doesn't drain. The only problem is that the door locks will not work. I disconnected both the driver and passenger door modules to see if I would see any difference but something is still drawing the battery power when the fuse is in the fuse block in the engine compartment.
You have a wire issue on the door lock system a power wire is going to ground and draining the system. The fuse should have blown so that tells me the problem may only happen when the doors are closed. Turn off the dome light and start by leaving the fuse in and opening the drivers door and see if it drains in 4 hours. if not that is where the problem is. If not repeat with each door until all have been tested, If you still don't find the short you may check and see if there has been a recall for this problem. Otherwise take it to a shop that specializes in Auto electric. These problem can take months to find and it is will worth the cost to have a pro do it.

The only way really to get to this is to Pull the Door Panel and Check the Wiring and See if there is not a Relay Inside of the Door Panel. You will need some new Door Panel Fasteners to replace the ones that Break when you remove the Panel. You can get these at any Auto Parts Store and they don't Cost that much. Let me know what you Find!

Probably wired to the wrong power wire. You need to go to the key on side of the wire instead of before it.

Have the alternator checked. An open diode will drain the battery

Thanks anyways guys. I found the problem somebody had mickey moused some wires behind the fuse box inside the truck. They were taking power from the doorlock fuse to supply the transmission solenoids with direct power. This truck has transmission harness issues as well. As soon as I cut the wire they had rigged the problem went away. I tell you the things people do to sell a used vehicle. I feel bad for my customer for buying this truck from a bogus used car dealership.
