P1323 Is a code for ICM 24X Reference circuit low frequency.
P1350 Is fuel level sensor B intermittent
P0135 Is O2 hearer circuit malfunction. (Bank 1 sensor 1)
Is this car a cadillac or GM vehicle? Usually this code appear P1323 from poor mating connection or intermittent female to male connection inspect the connection the spade could of spreaded out. P1323 the choice tool is a volt meter you need to check the circuit for 12 volt hust because you installed a 02 doesnt mean you made the fix open the wire harness and inspect for wire that has rubbed through now depending on the year make and model which I dont know of the heater circuit can be fused so you need to check the engine fuse junction box and check the heater circuit fuse if it has any. As for the fuel lever circuit again intermittent connection check the connections

Replaced MAF sensor, the MAP sensor, Idle Control Sensor and the throttle position sensor, now I'm getting P0101, P0102 and P0135 codes

P0101
Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Range/Performance Problem
P0102
Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Low Input
P0135
O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction Bank 1 Sensor 1

Your O2 sensor needs replacing...do this then disconnect negative battery ground, wait 10 minutes and reconnect. If all cleared, use a scan tool and clear properly, these are relatively cheap or take it to a shop.

Engines cuts off completely when DRIVE or REVERSE is engaged. Engine idles in P or N

Does engine stumble and idle too low and die? This can be tune up issues, dirty idle air motor, dirty or sticking EGR, bad coolant temp sensor, clogged cat converter or muffler, bad O2 sensor, weak coil of bad ignition module, and more! You need diagnostic tests and readings.

Have a 99 cadillac deville that will shift fine when you first take off but after you stop will not shift pass second gear. If you stop completely and put it in park it will shift through all the gears...

The powertrain control module (PCM) doesn't like the information it is getting from the ignition control module (ICM), and the PCM controls shifting, traction control, etc.If these are the only codes you are getting and the car moves, then you could assume the sensors connected to the ICM are working properly. That leaves why the PCM thinks there is a problem. I would certainly replace the ICM first, and then if the problem still exists, the PCM.

How to Diagnose a P0135 -Heater
Performance Bank 1 Sensor 1 (GM 3.5L)
January 31, 2012 Updated: October 29, 2014 Written by: Abraham Torres-Arredondo Article Id: 371

image_1.gifIf your check engine light is on and you have a diagnostic trouble code P0135 stored in the PCM's memory... then you've come to the right place to test and troubleshoot the upstream oxygen sensor.
A P0135 DTC says: HO2S Heater Performance Bank 1 Sensor 1... and this means that the PCM (Powertrain Control Module = Fuel Injection Computer) has detected a problem with the front oxygen sensor's heater element or a problem in the heater's circuit (wires).
In this tutorial, I'll show you how to check the oxygen (O2) sensor's heater element and the two circuits that feed it with power (10 to 12 Volts) and ground with a multimeter.
In case you're wondering, where the oxygen (O2) sensor that the code P0135 is accusing of being BAD is... this bad boy is located on the exhaust manifold and before the catalytic converter.
To help you navigate this article, here are its main points:
  1. Symptoms of a BAD Oxygen Sensor Heater Element.
  2. What Tools Do I Need to Test Code P0135?
  3. What Does the Heater Inside the Oxygen Sensor Do?
  4. Circuit Descriptions of the Downstream Oxygen Sensor.

  6. TEST 1: Oxygen Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 1 Test.
