SOURCE: fluid leaking onto the front passenger side floorboards.

2004 TB 60,000 miles. i was just told that the leaking fluid in my passenger side floorboard was do to a clogged up A/c hose. An A/C works by drying/ removing the moisture from the air inside the vehicle and cooling it. The accumulated fluid is usually evacuated under the vehicle which is what you see when people are stopped at a red light and there is dripping under their car. when a hose is blocked there is a vent that from some reason flows directly into the passenger side floor board. If you can not manually knock loose the block your probably going to have to take it to a mechanic.

SOURCE: Wet floorboard on the front passenger 's side.

well you need to find the drain at the bulk head and take hanger clean it out it should be little hose coming down on passenger side some time easy to see it from under car if that dose not fix it it could be heater core pull rug back and see if it is green or some may be orange color if so it is heater core hope this helps

I ad this problem several times. You can take a long flexable piece of plastic. I use a item you can buy at the fabric store for a couple dollars to thread string through garments. In the front of the sunroof with it open there is a small tube like hole that angles toward the windshield (the piese between windshield and front windows). Put the plastic in those tubes and feed it in as far as you can, this will clear the opening and your problem should be fixed.

SOURCE: My 04 grand prix is leaking coolant. It was first

I had the same problem. The leak was from the block heater.I did not notice any leaks on the ground, but was always low on anti freeze. The block heater came apart on the highway and blew all the fluid out of the car, luckly i shut the car off and had it towed to the shop. They replaced the block heater with a rubber frost plug to get me back on the road.Have your block heater checked, they maybe your problem has well.

Water on floor passenger side after it rains and after air has been running 2000 grand prix

Ac hose leak?
leaking heater core?

Hint: it leaks when it RAINS

If it were related to the heater core or the AC drain, it would be leaking when it is not raining also, so those diagnoses are not logical.

The grand prix has a long history of floor leaks from seal failures around the air intake under the windshield cowling, where RAIN water runs in.

You could have a leaking windshield seal, and its running down the inside of the dash and onto the mat. Has the windshield been replaced?

1. My grand prix gtp has problems with leaking on the passenger side. I cannot locate the leak. 2. My engine runs too hot when ideling. I changed the thermostat but this did not help. I need your assi

Make sure your cooling fans are coming on when the temp heats up. Are you talking about a leak inside the car or outside? Inside is usaully a drain tube for the A/C stopped up. Outside, look for a water pump or intake gasket.

Anti freeze leaking

Sounds like they installed the pump incorrectly. Gasket misalignment? Started right after the waterpump was installed? Hose clamp not quite tight enough? Just a thought. The passenger front wheel area is just the right area for it to be the pump. I hope this was able to help you. If you still need me, I'll be here. Best wishes to you.
