Won't start I have an 89 New Yorker that just quit.
I was driving along and then nothing just died. It turns over but will
not run more than two seconds. There was no noise before it happened no
warning lights just quit. The fuel pump is engaging and I have spark.
Now I am lost. Help!
Verify starter relay wires are secured, battery cables secured, alternator is able to charge battery...can you jump start it? Also verify ignition switch is in good working order..this can cause your symptoms..cheers
