I have a 2003 A4, the EPC light has been going on and off for a the last month or so. Usually when I restart the car maybe 1/2 to hour or so after having used it. The engine will crank for 30 secs and will not start. After a few trys it starts again. Should I address the problem ASAP before it gets worse, or can this wait till I see what happens next?
Hi, I had a similar problem with my Audi A4 2.0L sport, year 2002, the mechanic advised me that this was to due to the cranckshaft sensor being faulty, once he changed this all was good.

heaters just lukewarm not hot enough to heat the car how do i fix them and how much
the heater cores in these cars get clogged up very commonly. pull the heater hoses off of the heater core in the engine compartment, and use a regular garden hose to backflush the heatercore. spray in one way, then the other, untill clear water is coming out. then refill your coolant reservoir and see if that helps.

Hi - I have an 2002 Audi A4 1.8T. When I accelerate, the car shudders when it reaches about 15 mph. The shuddering stops as I increase speed. Sometimes it might shudder again around 40 mph but does stop. Does anyone know what this might be? Any idea on cost to fix it?
Thanks!
get it put on a code reader and see if there are any codes first, this may lead you in the right direction rather than do a guesstimate

hi my audi 1.9 tdi is losing power badley the acceliration totaly went its just had a new turbo so i dont think its the turbo. I,ve been out in the car a few times and the problem seems to come and go please could sombody help me????
If somebody replaced the turbocharger with a new one, you must check up all command vacuum lines, the entire air intake system (air pressure pipes, intercooler, connections, EGR - throttle vane, ...), and also turbocharger and EGR command solenoid valves (three pieces). Could be also MAF sensor defective!
Here you have the vacuum air pipes connection picture for Audi A4 1.9 TDI (AJM engine):
