try FULL reset by typing: *2767*3855#(star 2767 star 3855 hash)

Hi Sam, you can use puk code to unlock samsung sgh-e370 password. But this code not only unlock samsung phone from old password. it will erase all your previous data in that phone. So next time always remember your password, good luck.

To get the PUK code you have to call customer service.

They can be reached at 1-800-888-7600.
