How to replaceimpellor and seal 42730

Google it for a diagram. Usually the impeller can be drawn out with two screwdrivers on opposite sides. The seal should be deeper in there, unless it fits from the motor side. Don't forget the gasket, and lube the impeller with something compatible with your system for startup.

I replaced impeller but cant get any water pressure dont seem to have any air leeks

The leak could be in the pump itself. How is the rest of the pump, is it worn. If everything is OK then you have a leak in the suction side.

Jabsco toilet fails to fill

Was the toilet "Winterized" last fall? If so, have you assured that any plug in the clean water intake has been removed? If NOT -- are you sure the pump has not been frozen and internally damaged by ice? The pump is a simple device which rarely fail unless its inlet is blocked, or the pump seals or body are damaged - usually by freezing.
