you should be able to install the 32bit driver normally. go to device manager and click on update driver once their point towards your 32bit driver

Try resetting the system. 1. Take out all your RAM 2. Find COSMOS Battery and take it out 3. Restart your pc with the above mentioned not inserted. (Your PC should beep). 4. Switch off PC and replace the above mentioned and RESTART.

Can you check to see iin your Device Manager that Hardware is Recognized and Working?

LEFT CLICK on Start, RIGHT CLICK on My Computer, LEFT CLick on Properties.

Selct Hardware Tab, Left Click DEVICE MANAGER

Are there any Items with Yellow Circles with Black ! Marks?

If there is, You need to Download the Latest Drivers

If not, I would Recommend a New Audio Card.

if ur going for a cpu upgrade better u should also go for a am3 socket mother board that will be better if u concerned with pwerformance.
