fault with the ups, even if the inverter fails, it should go to bypass and not drop the load. Sound like a control fault, I suggest you need a ups tech. This equipment has many dangerous parts inside.

site fault The Live and Neutral wire on the input socket have been reverse. Once you undo this problem, the fault should go off.
