ring of green lights comes on and then displays UL. What is wrong with the washer? Hi from retired Englishman in SW France I mostly answer front load problems but ' out of balance' is a common problem

how do you get the water out of the balance ring, on a whirlpool cabrillo? I think this is causing an unbalance condition during the spin cycle. The saline solution is suppose to be in there.
