I'd imagine that you can look through the modes, or have a master reset, Master reset located Options. Then i think it's the one right at the bottom. I think. Hope this has helped.

The master reset will fix it, at least temporarily. A better solution would be to upgrade the firmware through the Sony Ericsson update service but this isn't working for me (Three UK) at this point in time.

Make sure you back up anything you don't want to lose if you go down the master reset road!

I suggest you to update it's software to latest version located on sony Ericsson's website.
