    Though my E61i phone is not yet locked, I have tried *#06# to know my IMEI number, but in vain. FixYa has washed their hands off asking me to contact my carrier who are just as useless as FixYa in this regard. I feel like throwing my E61i phone in the gutter and use some other REAL SMARTPHONE to get my job done. It is really frustrating

Cannot use other sim can you give how to unlock
You will need to unlock the network settings on your phone. I could only find one way known to unlock some nokia phones.

==UNLOCK TO NETWORKS==
Unlock service provider: Insert sim, turn phone on and press vol up(arrow keys) for 3 seconds, should say pin code. Press C,then press * message should flash, press * again and 04*pin*pin*pin# \
*#7328748263373738# resets security code.
Default security code is 12345

I can not promise you it works however this is the only way that I could find from several resources. Post back if you need any further info.

Just 5 steps!

1.Goto: http://nfader.z-host.ru/
2.Insert your IM (insert *#06# and get your IM from cell phone)
3.Check "I'm legal owner of the phone with that IME!"
4.Click on "Generate" button
5.Get the security master code for your phone and unlock it
