I have the MSGM8 ii phone which got stuck on the logo/start/splash screen the looped for hours in this pattern. Solution: 1) Take the battery out of the phone. 2) Hold down the camera button on the side simultaneously with the power on/end call button, 3) If you have a volume button depress that simultaneously as well. You will be holding these buttons down for 5 seconds. The phone will either vibrate, then backup data, and go to your main screen. I had to give this several tries before it finally went back to the normal screen. This has now happened to me on 2 different occassions and this is the only thing that works.

Hi! The widget does work, but it's a little bit of a pain in the ****, because if you don't fill out ALL of the links, sometimes they won't all show. If you fill out ALL of the links - even if you wind up doing something silly like putting in temporary links - it should show up.
This is definitely a bug in the programming, though, because you shouldn't *have* to fill up all 10 to get the ones you *do* have filled out to show.

alright i had the same problem with my moms and the company couldnt tell us what to do to stop it. so what you have to do is bring it in to a cricket store bring about $40-$50 and they will give u a brand new one and use the $40-$50 to send off the old one and if they find something wrong with it then they pay you back 95% of your money
