I cant have a conference in my samsung star 2 phone....when i try to join then join failed comes....and i have one more prob i have recharged my phone network but when i try to use internet there come not enough mermory....plzzz help in both the prob....

just press on the on and off button and select new call......the person u are talking to on the phone will will be held.........after this you will press on conference

When this is required between 2 Internal Users and 1 External User, follow the Instructions for a 3 way Conference Call.
See Section 3.5.4 on Page 16 of the User Manual.

well dont try to insert it all the possible ways try to find the exact way in which golden circuit of the sim joins the sim card reader pins on the phone properly.try to change the sim as well,if it is a dual sim mobile try to use sim2 only just to check,if noting helps then the sim card reader is failed and you would need to take it to the expert hardware repairer.

This will depend upon whether your Polycom is connected to a PBX system or using a public landline. If using the Polycom through a PBX you may need to consult the system admin as you will often need to enter a 'conference code' before you dial the second party ie.

1. Dial the first party and ask them to hold
2. Press the Flash key
3. Dial the conference code for your system ie. #46
4. Dial the next party and ask them to hold
5. Press the Flash key twice and all parties are joined.

If you are using a public landline (ie. home phone line) then you will be limited to the conference services that your phone company provide and these are usually also accessed via a code. There are also conferencing services that for a fee you can dial into and follow the prompts to austomatically arrange your conference call.

While on a call, press conference or transfer button(will put first call on temporary hold). Make call to next party, talk to party, press conference button to join all callers. Same procedure to add more parties up to 8 total.

Also, if you use transfer button to start conference call you can use transfer button to join all parties.
If you use conference button to start conference call use conference button to join all parties.

whenever i try to join a conference through yohoo massanger, a message comes"you are not authorized to join the confeence"

With a call in progress, press CONFERENCE, dial the internal or external number (you may have to dial 9), then press CONFERENCE again. This will join the three together.
Note: for two external calls, your extension must have the ability to access more than one outside line.
