Here is a great tutorial on how to make your own Dropbox-like service! Be warned, though, it's a little involved. http://fak3r.com/geek/howto-build-your-own-open-source-dropbox-clone/

Testimonial: "Very interesting! But i cannot install nothing in the hosting server."

You have a few options.

Firstly, Dropbox now supports local LAN syncing, so you don't need to use the cloud. You didn't state if local is what you needed, but there's that.

Tonido is another great option.

Then there's the homebrew mothod. Scenic, but it works and I know plenty who use this:

One can use there FTP or a WebDAV (Mounting as a network drive) to use there own hosting space. If you do not have those, One must upgrade to a webhosting plan that allows this. carefull not to use too much space.

Is there any free website service providing unlimited space

You cannot get unlimited space on a free hosting. Only certain web hosts provide unlimited space for paid. For example, you can get unlimited space and unlimited bandwidth on Deluxe hosting plan from TuckTail.com at just $4.89/month. They provide 24/7 customer support too. Good luck.

Web Hosting Packages Starter Pack Disk space - 500MB Bandwidth (Monthly quota) - 5GB Email accounts - 10 POP email accounts please anyone know the nice place guide me

You should use Godaddy.com's unlimited email plan: http://www.godaddy.com/email/email-hosting.aspx?ci=8973
This is unlimited storage for 10 accounts. Both POP and IMAP.
And then get a cheap web hosting plan if you only need 500MB Bandwidth.
With the cheapest web hosting plan ($5 a month) and the Unlimited plan ($3 a month) you will only be spending $8 a month which is a very reasonable price.
