You can down load manuals from www.bugaboo.com the front wheels are held by two plastic tabs at the top of the wheel assembly. These are pushed together to let the top of the wheel assembly pass down out of the front wheel mounting. They are quite firm the first few times you remove them. If you have put the wheel assembly into the wheel mounts from the wrong side you'll need two large screwdrivers to slide down into the mount to reach the tabs.
This should only happen when the seat/carrycot frame has not been put on. If this happens when the seat is on, then I would suggest that this is returned for a repair (www.bugaboo.com) as this could be dangerous.
The best advice that I can give is to contat Bugaboo (www.bugaboo.com) who will be able to advise on the cost of a replacement chassis. Alternatively, you can purchase these from eBay most of the time.
This is a common problem and the answer was a replacement chassis for around £200.00's but I have found the only place in the uk that repairs the handle for a fraction of the price www.buggypitstop.co.uk
Put the seat in first (upside down, with the back of the seat facing up). Then put the collapsed chassis (with the large rear wheel taken off) on top of the seat. Make sure the front wheels are facing up. The handle bar goes towards the skinnier part of the travel bag.
