I have a Baumatic BAF9006 dual fuel that seems to keep turning itself on and off. The light (that shows whether oven is hot enough) keeps going out and coming back on and if I have it on the fan setting, the fan will keep going on and off. I don't think the oven ever gets to the temperature I have set it to. Also I have never been able to set the clock even though we have had it 4 years - I can't work it out. I have lost my user manual. I hope you can help?

You may have a stuck thermostat and that should be replaced because he's probably telling the other keep eating even though the temperature the temperature would be correct
think your new oven is too hot or too hot or too cold, you can adjust the temperature yourself to meet your specific cooking preference. You can also adjust your thermostat if your oven is not new, since thermostats may "drift" from the factory setting over time. See the "Adjust the Oven Thermostat"
If you mean the heat keeps turning off??? The heat will turn off when the thermostat detects the desired heat level has been met, after that, when the level of heat goes below the selected level then the oven will heat up again granted if the thermostat is functioning correctly. This is the best answer I can provide for vagueness of the question.
Try turning off the 40 amp double breaker and turning it back on. If you have a volt meter or multimeter verify that it is the correct voltage. If all that is fine come back and ask again. Fill in important details like that so that the next person helping can narrow it down further
This is done to regulate the temperature. Higher heat settings
will let the element stay on longer, while lower settings will turn it
off sooner. Even on high, the elements may turn off periodically
because there is a switch called a temperature limiter. Its job is to
keep the element from overheating.
