I also have an AT&T R225 asking for an unlock code... I tried all the defaults and
none of them will work my IMEI is 351590040436680..please help I didnt lock this phone and it belongs to a 8 year old....

Tried all unlock codes for my R225IMEI: 351590040773363
PLEASE HELP! It just started asking for it and I just put $50 on GoPhone and ATT won't let me transfer balance to new phone until I can access this one! Thx! :)

How to unlock the r225
There can be many ways to Unlock your phone. As far as i know unlocking by codes is the simple and safe way. I will suggest the website Unlock-Zone.com which is doing good service and they were recommended highly in the cell phone forums.
I used them to unlock my cell phone. contacted them and within 30 mins i had my unlock code and my phone was unlocked.

ZTE /AT&T R225 CELLPHONE /UNLOCKCODE FREE
As far as I know free codes does not unlock your phone, so even if you would find a unlock code or whatever you'd have to spend some money.
I would recommend the Unlock-Zone.com site is nearly perfect and they were recommended highly in the cell phone forums.
I used them to unlock my cell phone. contacted them and within 30 mins i had my unlock code and my phone was unlocked.

I have a t- moble pre peaid phone and I want to use a at&t pre paid phone called R225
You can get the unlock code through online..........give your IMEI number and get the unlock code for ur mobile.... i will suggest the website Unlock-Zone.com which is doing good service .....you can approach this website.

i have same unit like you and i unlocked the phone but network didnt registered. i'm using globe(philippines) network.i think the frequency didnt work for us, it needs 900/1800 mhz.
