Please help me with my problem on SE k810i, when im in a middle of a conversation my phone turns to a blank white screen and stuck and the call is dropped but when i remove the battery and put it back it returns to normal operation.. the same thing happens when im using my phone on sending sms..

my phone also like that recently......it will suddenly turn white and then restart.....always like that now...so scare of it it will "BOOM" one day.....how can it be like that??????????still not got one year leh when i buy it.........>_<

There is the Sony Ericsson Update Service (details on the SE Webiste) however this will only update the firmware, it won't re-install the firmware. Specific equipment is required to flash the firmware on a SE K810i, you will need to take the phone to a reputable mobile phone engineer or SE Service Point.
let it sit in the charger for 1hour then try to turn on your phone. it could be that the charger cannot charge the battery and turn on the phone at the same time and the battery is too weak to turn it on and needs a better charge.
First thing is never remove the cable without stopping the USB connection from system tray. Now, as your phone has gone kaput, you will have to re flash the firmware. Checkout some SE forums like esato.com,se-nse. Use a memory card reader to copy the contents of your m2 and don't keep it inserted in the phone while flashing.
If your phone is still under warranty, i suggest you take it to the service center.
My friend had experienced the same problem with her SEK810i. We both bought the K810i last year. Mine is working perfectly fine. but hers suddenly froze, and she cannot even see the phone menu. we tried to go to a service center but they couldn't fix it. So she just bought a new phone. also fro the SE phone collections.
Sounds like there could be a manufacturer defect so if the phone is still within the warranty, I would definitely contact them and let them know about the green circle and such. I've never seen anything like that before on any of my Sony phones..
