Music player not working. Error:Operation Failed.

updating software or restoring factory settings will solve the problem

sir i use nokia 5130c2 music xpress handset.when i start music player it shows operation failed...

the problem was related with your mobile software ,please format the or try to reinstall your phone software

try to perform a backup using nokia pc suite
format the phone using *#7370# (Warning this will delete all data on the phone)
restore backup to your phone via pc suite
the error should be gone now
