Either a failing transmission or something
in the hybrid system, not right

Doubt the dealer has anyone trained to work on a hybid

Can you ensure the car is in park?
Move lever to D and then back into Park and see what happens.
I have heard with this particular model, we have the environmentally unfriendly RX 330, that the batteries lack of charge may play havock with the electrics in these cars.
I religously charge my battery every six months with a smart charger so its always in peak, I also find a quick zap at the first cold snap of autumn / winter gives us trouble free motoring.

Assuming your LUG NUTS are torqued properly...

The issue COULD have been caused when your
tires & wheels were remounted... BUT you should
have has Traction (or STABILITY) and ABI LIGHTS
almost immediately... (means tire shop)

Else...
One or more of your Wheel sensors has been
moved enough to provide MARGINAL operation.

In any case the PURCHASE PRICE of these
sensors is NOT cheap...

I'd suggest you SCAMPER quickly back
to your TIRESHOP... and come to an
UNDERSTANDING (who done it = who pays).

Get your codes (DTC) read to see if your car
knows WHAT is up.

In my opinion

Carnac the Magnificent

there is a 3rd fuse box under above the passenger feet.
You have to remove the plastic panel which is just held in with a few clips
Give it a tug, it'll come off.
Fuses are hard to get at and drop behind the carpet so put a rag or something to catch them.
What fuse is gone?
It'll be the very last one I bet its a b"£$"$"d of a job.

to reset, push odo buttom hold until put key on w/o start engine several seconds

if this car has the daytime running lamp option they are supposed to be on.

Yea it's built in the computer, from the factory, so that every 27,000 to 30,000 mile you take it in for service..

have the dealer run a test on the system and see what trouble codes show up, that will tell u where to look for the problem, it makes no sense why you have no brakes, so this test is essential.
