We have a Smartparts diigital picture frame .. model# SP11MW. We received it as a gift, but didnot get any instructions or card with it. We want to add pictures from our computer and digital camera but we don't know how. Would you please help. I have gone to rhe Smartparts web-site and have not been able to find any info for this model. Thank you. Pat

The primary software is going to extract all the images, put only the images you want on the card, then insert into your picture photo frame.

Are using a memory card. If yes, than go to "my computer" than click on drive that has memory card. (probably i: drive)
The Music file is probably is mp3. Pictures are DOC

The setup file is on the frame. Connect the frame to your computer w/ the USB cable. Go to MY COMPUTER. Look for your frame as a removable device and open it up. There is a blue icon called "setup." If you click on it, it will start to download to your computer. If you can't find it, you can download from Smartparts website at this link:

To remove a picture, connect the frame to your PC via USB. you should see the frame appear as a drive, in my case,

open the drive as Explore, you can now see the pictures, and delete what you no longer want.

Probably more than it's worth! Many of these items were found to be defective when shipped. This is the 41st one of these I have heard about with the same problem.
If you can return it for a refund or swap for another brand.
