White screen let's you know that the software on your mobile has corrupted you need to format it. You cannot do it yourself because users are not provided with the phones software. You have to take it to a mobile repair shop.

hello,the screen is faulty from the problem you posted above,this can equally be fixed.all you need to do is to get another screen to replace the faulty one.

I will suggest you take it to a mobile phone engineer to help you fix it,and this will make your screen come back to normal as it was.

The PUK is related to your mobile sim card and not the cellphone, cellphones are identified using the IMEI no (15 digit).
PUK code is required by the service provider, which can be located on your sim card to unlock your sim card incase it is accidently locked by entering wrong pin number (4 digits).

NOTE; Nokia 6600 runs on symbian OS S60. Most virus threat for this OS are very rare and can easily be prevented. And installing an antivirus will just slow down your cellphone.
A few tips to prevent any virus on your cellphone:
*Turn on you bluetooth only when needed, the known virus on symbian phones is transferred via bluetooth.
*When you received an unknown file (mostly via bluetooth) from someone you know or do not know, don't open it unless you are sure what the file it.
*be careful in installing apps/games on your phones, get or download from legit sources.

in menu go to settings
in setting there will be restore factory setting
select it & enter phone lock code
ur mobile will format

Format phone by using this tips. -Turn off the cellphone. - Press (long press) at thesame time the switch on, call sign(green color of keypad), *, and the number 3. -don't take off you finger to this keypad until it show on the screen a FORMATTING. Thank you.

you need to format your cellphone maybe the operating program was corrupt

after connecting your mobile with the system using usb cable..open the nokia PC Suite.....in that you will find connect to internet option..
select the service provider and the modem type and you are done with it...
