I don't know. You can try the company site requesting the information or one of the following 3rd party parts suppliers. The company site offers a lubircation kit (out of stock). Nor can I pull up a user manual for the treadmill at the company site. But you may have more luck getting information form one ob the belt suppliers. Prices seem to vary between $89 and about $150 for such. The belts seem to be sold in two different qualities and the number of plys varies among such. That doesn't necessarily mean the cheaper price indicates less quality. It is likely one type belt is used for home users and another in commercial enterprises (suggesting heavy use).
I'd suspect you need a new adjustment cable and/or the winder is broken. The latter happened to my York 2500 Pacer and I replaced the cable & handle with a bike gear change mechanism.
I use Sportsmith for most replacement parts. If they don't have what you are looking for, most often you will need to contact the manufacturer of the equipment for OEM parts.
I have just got a pacer 3700 off a friend and she had no manual for it. it keeps saying error 1 and wont do anything. what can i do to make it run again?
