Hello Dear, since you have forget the password, am sorry there is nothing you can do that. unless you remember the password. the memory card cant be revived without the password.

Put your memory card to nokia s60v3 phone, like n78, n79, or n82. And then unlock your memory card with standard password like 1234, 1245 or .adgj if still not unlocked, you must unlock your memory by using MMC formatter. But all of your data will lost

u must unlock ur mmc with mmc unlocker. but u loose all the data

The only way to unlock your MMC is to format it and never use a code in future. There is no magic key to open any and all locks.

if you forgot the password then the only thing to do is format it because no softwares built to know your forgotten password. im sorry!

Memory card should not be locked.
Otherwise you always face a problem.
Go to Tools-Memory Card-Remove Password.
Enter your Password.

i have kingston's memory card(micro sd) i have never set a password. first when the set is alright it doesn't requires the password to unlock the memor card for my set but in others set it requires the password.but when i have given my nokia 6300 to the nokia care center,now it requires a password which i have never set.But the other mmc which i got with my mobile is working alright.So,please suggest me a solution to unlock my mmc.
