Check the micro sd card if it has one if it doesn't go to the settings and see if it has a write restriction on it that may be preventing u from saving photos

recieve the gprs settings
then install it and set as default
and then switch off the mobile for 5 minutes..and then on it.
then try to connect

Hi,

When a phone start showing capture failed, it means that the camera of the phone damaged and needs to be replaced.

You will need to get a new camera for the phone.When you purchase a new camera, loose the phone and fix it, it will work normally.

Would advice if you do not know how to loose the phone, you can take it to a mobile phone repairer to fix it for you in other to cause further damage.

try reset ti factory setings. if not, maybe the camera flex needs tobe replace or the camera itself.

if the camera not working replace it because the lens of the camera is broked.
