Whenever I open the memory card to see photo, the mobile hangs. another thing, I cannot activate the front camera. Because there is no front camera option in the software.

AFTER THAT YOUR MOBILE GET ON AFTER GETTING MOBILE DESKTOP THEN PUT YOUR
MEMORY CARD IT WORK PROPERLY BUT YOU TO PAY ATTENTION WHENEVER U SWITCH
OFF U HAVE TO REMOVE YOUR MEMORY CARD TILL THE MOBILE DESKTOP APPEARS
ALTERNATE WAY TO TRANSFER PHOTOS AND VIDEOS TO COMPUTER If your photos and videos are stored on the memory card, then removethe memory card from the camera and insert it into an USB memory card reader.Connect this USB memory card reader and memory card into the USB port of yourworking computer. Your computer will see this as an USB Mass Storage Device oran external storage device; you can then open the folder on the memory card andcopy the photos to your computer.Memory card reader is a handy device and is inexpensive. Youcan copy photos from other cameras and you can also download photos off yourmemory card to someone else's computer without the need of installing anyprograms.
yo man..do these thing...take out your memory card scan it for malicious virus or trojan or even a stupid bug....back it up on a pc via memory card reader..then flash your mobile phone..you can just type the mobile model...and then falshing codes in to google..it will show you how to do it..
just before you start browsing pls close all other applications. set cache memory to storage card insted of main memory. even set download folder to storage card
From the settings menu, choose phone settings, then Memory Manager.then handset common memory. Chances are, this will nearly all be used up. Move any pictures, video, music etc from the internal memory to the external memory card using the My Stuff application, then move to external memory. This should solve the problem & any new photos will be stored on the external card. When theinternal memory gets full, the Renoir does funny things!!
It is important that the memory card is no larger than 8gb, the kp500 does not support anything larger than 8gb.
Does the phone detect the card? If not, try another card to make sure its not the card or the phone having problems.
