I cant video call using yahoo messenger10 beta

Hi.
First option : Try other yahoo ID.
Second option : uninstall yahoo messenger. click Start> control panel>add or remove programs>yahoo messenger>uninstall. then reboot your operating system.

Third option : if not working in first and second option. you need fresh installation of windows operating system.

Also send this to the other people who you are chatting with.

NOTE: Your audio and video should work. Enjoy.

The audio and camera should function now.

This is not your yahoo id problem..this problem in going on in yahoo...but you can uninstall your yahoo messenger...then again installs it...it will improve...may be you have change the setting....
