you can format your phone mannually by pressing Call Button + * + 3
then press power button for about 5 to 10sec.wait until your phone
completely formatted.if fails to format then repeat the procedure
by pressing Calling key and 3 and * and switch it on ur battery must be
charged it will show formatting for 5 minutes and it is done. dont

you must first have mp3 player in your phone, i suggest you search for WMA plus, its a freeware, and x-plore file manager it will help you transfer your infrared and bluetooth messages to your selected folder, x-plore is licensed, i can give you the software and the key, if you want just email me [email protected], also post your IMEI
Try Normal Reset (*#7780#) : Restores ini files from rom but preserves user data (photos, 3rd party apps etc)

Full phone format on a 6600
If any of the problems listed below is happening to your phone:
A. Blank screen phone unable to boot-up.
B. Phone is only able to boot-up to "Nokia" screen (may flash "Nokia" 4 times also).
C. Install a program but unable to uninstall it.
D. Unable to delete certain files on C drive.

If you have any files that are important to you, make backups.
1. Make sure you phone is fully charged.
2. Backup your contacts list and personal files to MMC memory card (if possible).
3. Switch-off your 6600 phone.
4. Press and hold these three keys together
-Green dial key,
-Star key (*)
-Three key (3)
then press the power on/off to swtich on the 6600 phone.
Do not let go the three keys until you see the "formatting" screen displayed
5. After a few minutes, the format will be complete. Your 6600 will now be at its original factory settings.
to guest, n6600 by default can't recognize mp3 file, even if you have installed mp3 player on it you can't still open it via bluetooth, what you have to do is copy the file on your mmc, from there your mp3 player will detect it, download ultra mp3, wmaplus, lcg jukebox,
