How do I save/copy voice message on Samsung SGH A412 to my PC

You can go to this samsung website and download PC Studio for your cell phone. However, I am not sure if this is being supported for Windows 7 onwards. You may have to use the Samsung Kies software instead if you are on Windows 7 or 8.

Please go to web settings and disable web connection/APN. this way you will have the voice call facility but no data.

to increase the sound on your message alerts please goto Menu, Settings, Phone Profiles and then highlight the profile you are currently using. Then press Options and then Edit. In this menu scroll to your right once to access your message alerts. From here please make sure the volume of the alert is set to 7

Open phone. Press ok scroll down one image to the envelope (= messages folder) Press ok Scroll down to (2) Inbox Pess ok You are now able to scroll through your messages - when you highlight one to be deleted press C - confirm delete by pressing ok
My question though - who knows how to delete a group of messages?????

Are you using the Vista version of PC Studio for the SGH-A412 from www.samsung.com?

You can convert them to mmf files then use them the same as any of the other files already on your phone
