If you are seeing lines on the LCD screen of your Denso BHT 8000, it is possible that the screen may be damaged or there may be a loose connection. Here are a few things you can do to fix the issue: Restart the device: Restarting the device can occasionally assist in resolving momentary software difficulties. It might help to try turning the device off, taking out the battery, waiting a little, and then putting the battery back in and turning the device back on.
Examine the connections; it's conceivable that the screen's connector has come free if the gadget has been dropped or handled forcefully.
To check if the connections are secure, try opening the device and inspecting them.
Opening electronic equipment can be risky, thus this should only be attempted by someone with technical know-how.
Replace the screen: Replacing the screen may be essential if the lines on the screen are the result of physical damage, such as a cracked or damaged screen.
The gadget will need to be opened, and the screen will need to be taken out and replaced.
If you are uncomfortable trying to fix the issue yourself or if the aforementioned fixes do not work, you should speak with a professional repair expert that specializes in fixing Denso BHT 8000 devices.
It is important to keep in mind that fixing electrical devices, particularly those with LCD screens, might be challenging.
Be cautious when attempting to solve the issue, and consider seeking expert assistance if you are unsure of how to proceed or feel uncomfortable doing so.
Make sure unit is off. Hold down SF key, Number 1 key then also hold down PW (power button) in that order. All three buttons have to be held down together. Menu should appear, first option is to execute program. This is the only way to reset the unit. Turning it on and off when it is jammed does nothing. Hope this helps, Kerri
