My brookstone pure-ion air purifier is stuck in the run program mode and will noy shut off how do i reset it

Sounds like the control is damaged. You could try calling Brookstone service and see what they say (they have a one-year warranty). Number is 1-800-292-9819.

Where can I get a replacement ultraviolet germicidal lamp? I have been to Brookstone store and on line without help. My unit is a Pure Ion.

I bought one a year ago and never thought it work well in cleaning the air. I get more dust on my counters than collects in the pure-ion. I recently got a letter from an attorney saying they are settling a class action suit on these purifiers because the are not effective. I called brookstone and they said they will refund my money because of the law suit. Good luck.
