White screen:
1.if ringtone is working but it has no display replace iether lcd or display i.c.
2.if there is no tone,no display and cannot turn off the light in morethan a minute it is called "hang up" and that is software problem.solution reformat or reprogram.

Hello.. It seems that your LCD is broken inside or your LCD is disconnected from your phone's board. So go to any service center and then check out phone by the experts. You can also replace your LCD by a new one.

During firmware updation due to some reason n73 startup failed now displays white blank screen and not starting
Frim updation does not work Compeletly. Most of the time it stops at 90%. So never try to use firm updation. Give it a try by Fashing.

Hello,

its a software problem. The Phone software is corrupt and that's why it cannot start.

You need to flash the phone for it to work again.

Flashing will help reinstall the software and put the phone back to its factory default state.

You can do this yourself if you have a phone cable and nokia software updater installed on your computer.

But if you don't have them, then you have to give your phone to a repairer to help you flash the phone.
