Messages are not deleting from my phone.

hi all you need to do is free up some memory.
go through your phone and do the following
1 delete all messages you dont need from inbox/outbox/sent/drafts
2 delete all picture messages you dont need
3 delete all ringtones you dont need, these take up loads of memory so delete all the ones you dont use, most people never use the ones you get free when you buy the phone so deleting these will free up loads of memory.

after doing the above you should have no further problems with the memory if you do give me a shout back ok

Hi, You can delete your old messages both (inbox and outbox messages) the also go to your call log menu, to delete all your old calling info. be it miss call, dial call or received call. This should be able to free the memory of the phone. Also try to remove or delete those applications that you think you don't always use or delete some of your newly installed application to free your phone memory.
and if you think all this have benefit for you, then get a higher bytes memory card for your phone.

your phone software is corrupted,you need to reprogram or flash it to a nokia care center..but you can fix it also without loosing a single cent..
press *#7370# then enter your locked code ,if not change the default is 12345...save all your data first before you do the resetting because all of those are deleted...
install anti-virus to prevent that case again..i hope it will help you ,thanks for trusting fixya

most nokia phones especially N series has that similar problem, but it an be solved.

Most messages that comes into the phone always go straight into the message inbox, in other to stop seeing message delete, you have to delete some messages in he inbox of the phone.that will stop it.

hi the only way you can do this without adding a bigger memory card is to delete all messages that you dont need out of your inbox, outbox, drafts, saved messages.
Once you have deleted these then go and delete any pictures you dont need to keep doing this will free up some memory.
If you want to free up loads more memory then delete all the ringtones that you dont use as alot of the ringtones they give you when you buy the phone you never use so deleting these will free up loads of memory.

Quite of blurry question eh? Uhmmm... My tips in having a good cellphone performance is :


1. Delete messages everyday.
2. Install NetQuin AntiVirus to your cellphone .. search it in google..
3. Do not empty your memory..

Hi .. this is a virus impact .. you cant escape formatting the memory card.. or else just scan the virus and plug it off the affected...

Hi, Phone Book, messages(SMS)...etc also take the Phone Memory..... you can just delete unwanted sms from your mobile.... it will help!!

Try to delete songs or setups that you might have kept in the phone memory (c:) drive of your phone !
and make sure no application is running in background before opening LifeBlog.

For better viewing of the files kept in the phone memory use X-PLORER software !

You might be looking at delivery reports they delete via the OPTIONS all at once or none at all.
If it's the contents of the msgs, move them to DRAFT, EDIT them to nothing or just blank then save them.
Then you should be able to delete them.
