I used a pair of Irwin Vise Grip GV8 X60 Pliers to remove and insert the metal bar in my binding ladders. The binding ladders were fastfit brand, on a Salomon Relay XLT toe strap.

Put one side of the plier on the metal rod and the other side on the opposite side of the ladder and squeeze.

How do i change the assesories that come with dremil how do i use the hand held dremil??

If you have the standard dremel tool ther is a small bar sticking out at the collet end of tool. This is a locking rod to hold motor shaft in place so you can loosen coollet nut. Put pressure on thebar and slowly rotate the shaft until the bar drops in place. There should be a small open end wrench that comes with your tool to loosen nut. If not use asmall wrench to loosen nut.Turn it counter clock wise to loosen. It is not needed to take the nut all the way off. You may have to move tool slighyly to get it to come out.
The tool that you use is determined by what job you are trying to do.Most come with abrasive cut off wheels small grinders, sanders, and polishers. To secure new tool in collet just insert tool shaft in collet and tighten down. When it gets snug then Depress locking bar to finish tightening. Hope this helps you some. Thank you.

How do yu remove raymond weil watch strap pins?

It depends on the strap as there are several different types.
But I suspect the one you have has pins that go through the whole metal wrist band.
You need a special tool that pushes out the pin, these normally only come out in one direction.
There should be very small direction arrows on the back of the strap if that is the case.
When putting them back in again they must go in the correct direction.
Look on ebay for wrist watch strap removal tool, looks like a mini vice with a small handle and pin pusher the other end.

HOW DO I CHANGE THE LEATHER BAND ON THIS WATCH?

The springbars can be retracted using a small tweezers but a springbar tool will make it a much easier job. You can get one from Amazon or ebay for under $5 - search "springbar tool" to find them.

How to take the buckle off the leather strap from cartier leather strap

I will give you the generic answer as I have not actually removed a Cartier buckle. Most buckles use a small bar called a spring bar that goes through the band and "tang". The ends of the bar are like a plunger in that with a small fork like instrument or small screw driver you can collapse the bar and move it out of the clasp. The rest is very obvious. Replacement is the opposite of removal. A fairly simple procedure for most people.

Removing fuel line from fuel filter

Hi, Fuel filters and some other hose connections on vehicles today use a clip mechanism that is easily released with a small plastic tool. These tools are available in most auto parts stores. They come in a set to accommodate different size hoses, and metal barbs. Simply put the longer end of the tool toward the fitting and press to release. Good Luck!

WV-57H Watch - how do you replace the strap? I have a new strap for this model and can't work out how to take the old one off and fit the replacement. Thanks

If you look at the watch from the side, you'll see that there's a two-part metal piece on the underside of the watch on each side.  The metal piece is a spring-loaded pin going through the strap which is holding on a larger metal piece.  You need to get another small pin (or an eyeglass screwdriver might work) so you can poke in the end of that spring loaded metal piece, which will allow you to slip off the larger metal bracer.  Then you can poke the spring-loaded pin entirely out of the strap and it will be freed entirely.
To help you visualize what you are doing, the spring-loaded pin operates similarly to a toilet-paper roll - you need to compress the pin so you can slip off the larger metal bit, then take out the pin, which will free the strap.

Adjusting the strap

Most clasps have a series of small holes drilled in them, and the end of the strap is held in by a small, spring-loaded bar whose ends are seated in one set of holes. Take the end of a small paperclip, or a large needle, and use it to depress the spring-loaded pin. You can then carefully slide it to another set of holes to make the band smaller. Don't let the ends of the pin slide all the way out of the clasp, or it might shoot off into space.
