Any chance it won't come up when you have the "drive" handle down ?? Newer snow blowers are often equipped with a "one hand" feature that will keep booth the auger and drive handles engaged (down) with only one being held.
check for bent blower and auger blades
check rear blower bearing, engine off( grab rear of shaft pull up and down) shouldnt move very much. if it does bearing bad
Unfortunately like many other snowblowers you first need to seperate the auger/blower assembly from the drive/engine assmbly. Pretty straight forward after that. Make sure you put belts on the right side of the metal tab that cleans the back side of the belts when running or you'll they'll cut in two the first time you engage the auger
Your snowblower carburator is gummed up. Go to an auto parts store and get a can of a carb. cleaner called seafoam. Follow the directions as far as how much to put into the snowblower gas tank. Run it for a few minutes and it will clear up. Regards, Joe
