Check the shear bolts .

Testimonial: "They look good, should I remove them and than reinstall them."

No if they are not broken leave as is . Shear bolts are to save damage so if the blade get stuck it will not damage the blower .The bolts break off so the blade does not spin .

This is caused by dirt in the carburetor jets.

Craftsman snowblower auger handle won't disengage, won't come up

Any chance it won't come up when you have the "drive" handle down ?? Newer snow blowers are often equipped with a "one hand" feature that will keep booth the auger and drive handles engaged (down) with only one being held.

How to remove the belt from craftsman snowblower model C459 52560 MFG code 1/055/3-0079

Unfortunately like many other snowblowers you first need to seperate the auger/blower assembly from the drive/engine assmbly. Pretty straight forward after that. Make sure you put belts on the right side of the metal tab that cleans the back side of the belts when running or you'll they'll cut in two the first time you engage the auger

Craftsman 8hp snowblower starts but will not stay running.craftsman 8hp electric start dual stage modle 536881800 snow thrower

Your snowblower carburator is gummed up. Go to an auto parts store and get a can of a carb. cleaner called seafoam. Follow the directions as far as how much to put into the snowblower gas tank. Run it for a few minutes and it will clear up. Regards, Joe
