Override Passcode Samsung LCD 12B

Hi,

for the phone that is malfunction, you'll need to setup as if it was brand new. The outage probably caused it to lose most of it's memory from the initial setup. To avoid having any difficulties, please reference the manual as you're going through these steps. Thank you.

Your iPhone enables you to add a four-digit passcode which locks your phone to prevent unauthorized users from using your cell phone.
When you enable the passcode, your iPhone prompts you to enter the four-digit code before you can unlock your phone.
However, if you have forgotten the passcode and unable to use your iPhone, you can override the passcode using iTunes the default iPhone management program.

Restore your iPhone back to the default settings to override the passcode.
To do so, connect your iPhone to the computer using the USB cable that came with your phone and launch iTunes.
iTunes displays your device in the left panel under "Devices."
Click your iPhone under "Devices" and click the "Summary" tab.
Click the "Restore" button.
Keeping in mind that restoring your iPhone back to the default settings deletes all the currently saved information.
When prompted, click "Backup" to back up your iPhone.
Click "Restore" again and follow the final guided prompts to restore your iPhone back to the default settings.
When the process completes, click "OK." You should see the "Connect to iTunes" message on your phone.
Keep your iPhone connected to the computer until the "Connect to iTunes" screen goes away or you see "iPhone is activated" message on your phone.
Right-click your iPhone under "Devices" and click "Eject."
Close iTunes and disconnect your iPhone from the computer.
Your iPhone no longer prompts you to enter the passcode.

to program the directory on a 12 button handse;

Press the TSFR key

Enter 200

Enter code 1234

=/- key to enable

Speaker key

Your next command will be the MMC required.

To program the system speed dial directory

Enter 705 - Speed dial 12th Button down to toggle between

Enter 706 - Speed Name the 2 MMC

If an Engineer has previously set up a Mail Box on your Voice Mail, then you need to assign a VMMSG button to that extension. this will allow access to your Voice Mail. I assume you forgot the passcode to a voicemail box , not the pass code to the voice mail system. The easiest way to fix your problem is to enter voice mail programming(from a telephone) and delete the box and then create the same box again. That way the mailbox when created will come up with the system default pass code

USUALLY IT IS SET FROM THE VOICEMAIL SERVER AND NOT THE PHONE ITSELF CHECK THERE

The default password on all mailboxes is, 0 0 0 0. If you have tried this and it doesn't work the only way to access the mailboxes is to default the system and start over. Unfortunately, you will probably have to have a Samsung dealer come to your site as the programming is quite involved and I do not think I could walk you through it.
