I have called smartparts and emailed them - the phone number is no longer is service and the e-mail came back as unknown. I think they must be out of business. Why their site is still working I don't know.
I am looking for a replacement stand for my Digital Picture Frame SP1100 Serial Number 11460108 Potipix Pro. Do you know where I can get this part?

Are using a memory card. If yes, than go to "my computer" than click on drive that has memory card. (probably i: drive)

The setup file is on the frame. Connect the frame to your computer w/ the USB cable. Go to MY COMPUTER. Look for your frame as a removable device and open it up. There is a blue icon called "setup." If you click on it, it will start to download to your computer. If you can't find it, you can download from Smartparts website at this link:

I had the same problem. I "thought" I was deleting them via my computer (using the delete function in Windows Explorer). However, that doesn't really delete the files.
I had to manually delete 82 photos (one by one) using the klunky menu buttons on the frame. I hope it works. Note that the frame cannot be connected to your computer when you're doing this.

It tends to be the problem of internal circuit board in digital photo frame .If the adaptor is working fine with other digital photo frame then definitely it is problem of internal connection . So better replace the unit if it is under warranty . Else one more try is just tap on the sides of photoframe when you power on the unit .
