I need a part for my panini maker wolfgang puck

No they are fixed and must be cleaned in-situ. I used to use a similar grill commercially and are the end of the night we would spray it with kitchen cleaner and water whilst it was warm. Give it a good rinse and it was done.

The knob used for use of the position plates has come completely come apart. Please help. This is the second time I have had trouble with this product. I need a repair picture with instructions on how to put this back together.

It's on the left hand side under the panini maker...the picture is of the 7.5 size but under that picture it does have a drop down menu that says model # and that 5 qt Pressure Cooker with that Model # is there...
