I assume these are connected to the HDMI inputs on the TV. It could be a defective HDMI selector chip. The TV should still be under warranty if you bought it new. If so, find your sales receipt and take it back to the store for an exchange or follow the manufacturer's rule for a warranty repair..

look at the back and see if there are 4 threaded holes around 6/8 mm in diameter over and area of around 150-200 mm square or rectangular
go to a retailer that sells that brand and ask it it is possible
